We can safely remove the moss from your roof and other items such as patios decking, brickwork etc. We will remove the bulk of the moss by hand in the from of scraping the roof/substrate and brushing. We then use a high powered blower to remove all the lose particles.
Once this stage is complete its then a tidy up exercise so collecting all the moss that’s on the ground or in the gutters.
The next step it to treat the substrate with a biocide this will kill all the spores left on the roof all the algae and lichen this is applied in a few ways if on a roof we soft wash the tiles so the product is sprayed on at low pressure, if a smaller area we may decide to brush or roll the product on the substrate.
Once this has been completed its will protect the roof from re-growth it will also clean the dirt and muck away and will last for around 6 years. After 6 years we can come back and simply re coat the roof to give you further protection.

Lots of companies will tell you there are products that will kill moss. The truth is you cant kill moss but with our method we take away the food supply that the moss feeds on.
By treating the substrate we are killing off the lichen and ague this is the food source for moss to live. Once this is gone the substrate of the roof will become uninhabitable for moss.
